At Halswell Fresh, we want your fresh fruit and veg to arrive safe and happy! We also want you to enjoy your box. 

Delivery Policy

We want your fresh fruit and veg to arrive safe and happy!

Where We Deliver

  • We deliver all around the Canterbury Region also including Akaroa. Look to the right to find out where your postcode falls for delivery cost


When We Deliver

  • Standard delivery days: Monday to Friday

  • Delivery window: Caro to confirm

  • We aim for your preferred day, but sometimes timing might shift a little. For next day delivery, you must place your order before 3pm. If your order is after 3pm, your order will be delivered on the following day.


Delivery Fees

  • Christchurch Orange Zone: $11

  • Surrounding Christchurch Purple Zone: $11

  • Yellow Rural Zone: $13

  • Down South Blue Zone: $13

  • Akaroa: $13


Special Instructions

  • If no one will be home when your delivery will be made, please provide clear instructions of where you want it to be left (at your own risk)

  • Let us know any special instructions when you checkout.

Refunds Policy

We want you to love your box!

When Refunds Happen

  • You’ll get a refund if:

    • We sent the wrong item, or

    • Something arrived damaged or spoiled.


How to Claim a Refund

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Snap a photo of the problem so we can see it.

  • If everything checks out, we’ll refund your payment right away.


A Heads-Up

  • Because we sell fresh produce, we can’t give refunds for perfectly delivered boxes.

Returns Policy

Fresh produce is perishable, so we handle returns a little differently.

What You Can Return

  • Returns only happen if:

    • The wrong item was delivered, or

    • Something arrived damaged or spoiled.


How Returns Work

  • Contact us within 24 hours and show us a photo.

  • If approved, we’ll replace the item or refund you.


Friendly Reminder

  • We can’t accept returns on fresh fruit and vegetables for hygiene and safety reasons.
