We want your fresh fruit and veg to arrive safe and happy!
Where We Deliver
We deliver all around the Canterbury Region also including Akaroa. Look to the right to find out where your postcode falls for delivery cost
When We Deliver
Standard delivery days: Monday to Friday
Delivery window: Caro to confirm
We aim for your preferred day, but sometimes timing might shift a little. For next day delivery, you must place your order before 3pm. If your order is after 3pm, your order will be delivered on the following day.

We want you to love your box!
When Refunds Happen
You’ll get a refund if:
We sent the wrong item, or
Something arrived damaged or spoiled.
How to Claim a Refund
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Snap a photo of the problem so we can see it.
If everything checks out, we’ll refund your payment right away.
A Heads-Up
Because we sell fresh produce, we can’t give refunds for perfectly delivered boxes.
Returns Policy
Fresh produce is perishable, so we handle returns a little differently.
